Ingredients 

45 ml White Cuban Ron

20 ml  Fresh Lime Juice

6 pcs Mint Sprigs

2 tsp White Cane Sugar

Soda Water

 

Garnish: slice of lime and mint springs

 

Method

Mix mint springs with sugar and lime juice. Add splash of soda water and fill the glass with ice. Pour the rum and top with soda water. Light stir to involve all ingredients.

 

History

Recorded in history as the cocktail of Ernest Hemingway, known in Havana as Papa, this double daiquiri was born in the legendary "Floridita" of Cuba.
