Recorded in history as the cocktail of Ernest Hemingway, known in Havana as Papa, this double daiquiri was born in the legendary "Floridita" of Cuba. When the exuberant Nobel Prize-winning journalist and writer of the 50s tasted the notorious frozen daiquiri by Constantino Rib he said ’It's nice but I would prefer it without sugar and with double rum “.In that moment the ‘’Hemingway daiquiri" was created. Years later, it was enriched with maraschino and grapefruit to acquire its most complete and seductive taste.
